WHAT DO YOU GET?

We’ll dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, and specific goals. Based on this, I’ll create a personalized action plan tailored to your unique needs, giving you clear steps to start implementing right away.

In the follow-up session, we’ll assess how you’re progressing with the action plan. We’ll either build upon your current plan or fine-tune it based on your results so far, keeping you on track towards your goals.

Your final session is all about maintaining momentum. We’ll address any challenges, celebrate your wins, and make sure you have everything you need to continue making progress. This session is flexible and can also focus on any specific topics relevant to your journey.

The sessions are held over Zoom. If you are based in Dubai there is an option to meet face-to-face.

  • You will get to choose your payment schedule: one-off or in four installments.

  • We schedule in our first Zoom session and your journey begins!
