I will be your wellness coach and mentor for four full months, starting from our first session.

The number of sessions included is nine. We will schedule these together.

Typically we meet bi-weekly but it might be beneficial to meet more often in the beginning and less often towards the end of the four months. As the program is totally custom to you, we will discuss this when we meet for the first time.

The sessions are held over Zoom. If you are based in Dubai there is an option to meet face-to-face.

My ideology

It’s not about counting calories anymore, especially for women aged 40+. Our current food environment is a difficult place to live in… The way to survive the challenges it presents us daily is to eat in a way that keeps you satiated. This puts you in a far better place to fight the urges to dive in to the quick, easy, sugary snack and food options that are staring at us in the face everywhere we go.

There is a clear, actionable way to do this and I’m here to teach you it and hold your hand during the learning process. These are principles I use in my own life and how I cured my own sugar addiction and binge eating habits.

I will be your wellness coach and mentor for two full months, starting from our first session.

The number of sessions included is five. I will not have a clock running but the sessions will last for as long as is needed: typically 60 – 90 minutes. In between the sessions you will have full access to me via WhatsApp.

After two months you will know exactly how to navigate your every day life making healthier choices and feeling like brand new! No more food noise and constant loosing battles with your willpower!
