Elsie’s Story

A: How much time do I need to set aside for this course?

Q: You have lifetime access to the course materials, and 6 months access to the Kupla Community or Premium Kupla. 


A: Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

Q: No. This course will give you a very clear and easy to follow framework, but the only one who is equipped to then build an exact eating plan for you is you! Nobody else knows your routines, schedules, likes, dislikes and preferences.
