1. How much weight can I expect to lose in 4 months?
Most women lose between 5–15 kg — some more, some less. But weight is just one measure of progress. My clients often feel dramatically better — clearer head, fewer cravings, more energy — even before the scale moves. And honestly? Enjoying the process is what makes the results stick.2. I’m vegetarian or vegan — is this still for me?
Yes — no one’s going to force-feed you steak. But we’ll need to get strategic to make sure you’re eating in a way that supports your blood sugar and satiety. Totally doable, with the right tweaks.3. What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?

Nope. I’ll never ask you to weigh your spinach. The only thing I may have you track (for a short time) is protein — just to make sure you’re getting enough to stay full and strong. No restriction, no spreadsheet life.5. What if I’ve already “tried everything”?
Most of my clients have. That’s exactly why this approach works — because it’s not another diet, cleanse, or punishment plan. We fix the root causes, not just patch over the symptoms.6. What if I need more than 4 months?

Absolutely. These meds might reduce appetite, but they don’t teach you how to eat, what to eat, or how to sustain results when the prescription ends. Coaching helps you build habits, manage blood sugar, and avoid the common muscle loss and rebound weight gain that can happen with these drugs. It’s not either-or — it’s smarter together.
