I’ve coached hundreds of women through the chaos of midlife metabolism, and my philosophy is simple: walk more, balance your blood sugar, and stop making food the enemy.
I wasn’t born with this figured out. I used to eat cupcakes in secret and think skinny meant happy. Today, I teach women how to feel full for hours, have steady energy, and finally take control — not just of their weight, but their wellbeing.
I give you strategy, structure, and a coach who genuinely cares (and sometimes I do call BS on the endless noise out there). If you want to stop second-guessing yourself, feel amazing in those “someday” jeans, and actually enjoy food again, you’re in the right place.

That one set of government nutrition guidelines works for men and women of all ages.
That “everything in moderation” is realistic in today’s food environment.
That women over 40 should be told by their doctors to “just lose weight” without any real support.
Here’s what I do believe:
Managing blood sugar becomes non-negotiable by the time you hit 40.
Food is medicine, and with the right interventions almost anything is possible.
You don’t need more willpower — you need to nourish your body so it stops begging for the “unfoods” the industry keeps pushing on us.
I’m frustrated that the food industry is allowed to run riot at the expense of our wellbeing, our waistlines, and frankly, our sanity. But I’ve also seen firsthand that when women finally get the right strategy, structure and support, everything changes — energy, confidence, weight, mood, even how they see themselves in the mirror.
