It's NOT for you if

  • You want a quick fix, detox, or “10 kg in 30 days” promise – that’s not how metabolism works.
  • You’re only chasing the mirror, not meaning. Lasting change needs a deeper why than just looking better.
  • You’re attached to old food rules and unwilling to challenge what you’ve always believed.
  • You can’t commit to showing up on our sessions. 
  • You expect me to do the work for you. I’ll guide, coach, and call you out – but you still have to take the steps.

  • Lab and body-composition guidance – I’ll recommend the most relevant tests, help you interpret results, and prepare smart questions for your doctor.

  • Continuous metabolic tracking – if useful, we’ll use tools like a CGM to see how your body truly responds to food, stress, and sleep.

  • Personalized nutrition + movement plan – built around satiety, blood-sugar stability, and what fits your real life.

  • Optional face-to-face sessions in Dubai – for clients who prefer in-person connection.
