  • Do I need to weigh food and count calories? → No. We focus on satiety, not numbers. 

 

  • What if I’m on Ozempic or Mounjaro — will I still benefit from this course? → Yes — and I’m so glad you’re here. These medications can help, but lifestyle is what protects your muscle and bone health. Step by Step gives you the tools to thrive with or without medication.

 

  • Is it vegetarian-friendly? → Yes, protein sources covered.

 

  • What if I miss a live session? → Not a problem, you’ll get the replay.

 

  • Can I start later? → You can start the self-paced course anytime, but live group runs on set dates.

 

  • What if I go on a business trip during the course? → That’s not a problem — it’s actually the point. I want you to learn how to adapt this framework to real life situations like travel, work dinners, and hotel breakfasts. 

 

  • Do I need to buy supplements? → No, focus is on real food.

 

  • Is it vegan-friendly? → Yes, you can adapt the framework to a vegan diet — but I won’t sugarcoat it: getting enough protein on a vegan diet takes more planning and prep, and it will be more challenging. If you’re ready for that extra effort, the principles still apply.
