I’m a Health Coach, Mother (human mother as well as a dog and a cat mother), Sister (to 3 sisters), Daughter, Friend, a Very Spontaneous, Curious and Adventurous Person, Partner in a Jewellery Business and a Committed Serial Walker.
I’m also an activewear’ista, pretty handy with a camera, matcha addict, big city, palm tree and sunset lover, extremely fast touch typist, a decent horse rider, a bit of an activist against UPF’s, an extrovert as well as an introvert and a sucker for a good party. Oh, and I also love an atmospheric, buzzy restaurant and frequent those on regular basis.
I’m an ex binge eater who used to hide red velvet cupcakes in her bathroom closet and think of food as her enemy number one.
I want to help you live that best life of yours and teach you how to adopt healthy habits and to enjoy them. I want to show you how to stay satiated and curb those cravings that seem to rule your life. I want you to look in the mirror and like what you see. I want you to fit into those trousers that you still have at the back of your wardrobe in hope for “one day”.
I can’t imagine many women answering “no”. I think most of us would answer “yes”, often followed by a “but…” and accompanied with an air of shame and frustration.
I hear you! I used to also think it’s impossible for me to ever to establish long lasting, healthy habits. I used to think that I’m just not one of those people, that it’s possible for them but not me. I was wrong and I know that you are wrong too.
You might just need a little bit of help on your journey. You might also need some company: if trying to do it alone hasn’t worked so far, perhaps it’s time to try to do it together? And no, it’s not too late for you, what ever your situation, age or history.
“Working with Minna has been life-changing for me- after decades of chaotic eating Minna showed me a way of eating that helps me feel balanced, satisfied and in control, which has been really liberating for me. In the past I have used food to punish or sabotage for myself, whereas now, with Minna’s help, I’ve started thinking of food and my body in a much more positive way. That in itself feels like a huge achievement and I couldn’t have done it without Minna’s guidance, knowledge and support- always kind and full of enthusiasm and inspiration.”

“I can warmly recommend Minna’s small group coaching. My personal experience was truly positive, and I gained many valuable lessons that enable me to make better choices. The most important lesson I internalized is that it’s not about a diet or a quick fix, but about a lifestyle. It’s really about building new habits, and therefore, perseverance is needed. Minna emphasizes kindness in her coaching and the fact that mistakes and bad choices happen, and that’s okay. The most important thing is not to dwell on self-criticism and to continue immediately with good choices. After the coaching, I’m continuing with my new habits, 6kg lighter, and the well-being I’ve achieved motivates me to take good care of myself in the future as well.”

“I can’t say enough about how transformative my experience with Minna’s coaching group has been! Before joining, I was always stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset when it came to eating healthy. This black-and-white thinking made it difficult to maintain a balanced approach and often led to weeks of uncontrollable binging and feeling guilty afterwards. However, this course has completely changed my perspective.
Minna’s guidance is practical, compassionate, and very insightful. She understands the challenges of making lasting lifestyle changes while living through some of the undoubtedly busiest years of my life. She also provides personalized advice that makes a real difference. The support from the group was amazing as well since the sense of community made it much easier to stay committed and motivated.
Thanks to Minna and the group’s support, I’ve developed a healthier, more sustainable approach to eating and overall well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend this coaching group to anyone looking to make positive changes in their health journey!”
